I spoke with danielle and she was extremely rude and disrespectful! She refused to transfer my call and left me on hold for 10minutes before I decided to hang up! Im glad I recorded the call! SMH time to find a new job lady!
Doctor king and Brandi are absolutely amazing people. They go above and beyond to make sure you are doing better in life. You feel genuinely good knowing that you have to people that really don't have to be so passionate, concerned, motivating and all around just amazing people but they do. Most Doctors now days get you in and out making you feel like they didn't listen too anything you said, as well as you're just a dollar sign to them. I only give it one star so I can send this review you all are to dang nosey. Stop calling people. This is the first insurance that I have ever seen. That is the dumbest idea ever is to call people and bug the carp out of them. I have had other insurance and I can count on one hand how many times I have heard from them in over 20 years. STOP CALLING PEOPLE!!!! It's the most dumbest idea ever!!!!!!!!!!
Why call yourself "Total Care" if you are not a primary care physician? You need to change the name to reflect your specialty.
