Dr. Frazier is truly the best. He’s incredibly kind and makes you feel genuinely cared for. He takes the time to remember every detail about my life—not just the medical ones. I’m so grateful to have found him. The front office staff is also wonderful. I truly couldn’t recommend this practice enough.

In response to San Tran, I wholeheartedly disagree! If you are referring to the front desk. Ms. Alicia, whom is the receptionist, phlebotomist, EKG tech amongst other things is the best at what she does. It’s clear that you were having a bad day! That establishment is the best, not only because of the physicians care there. In addition, unbeknownst to you it’s because of the patience and due diligence of the front desk!
This review is for the front desk, I would give this a zero star if that was an option. I won’t be returning to this practice because of how I was treated by the front desk. I was spoken to and treated rudely. It’s frustrating that I couldn’t continue with my appointment because of this. This type of treatment is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. The doctor here is great but unfortunately it's not met with the same standard by the front desk.
