In response to San Tran, I wholeheartedly disagree! If you are referring to the front desk. Ms. Alicia, whom is the receptionist, phlebotomist, EKG tech amongst other things is the best at what she does. It’s clear that you were having a bad day! That establishment is the best, not only because of the physicians care there. In addition, unbeknownst to you it’s because of the patience and due diligence of the front desk!
This review is for the front desk, I would give this a zero star if that was an option. I won’t be returning to this practice because of how I was treated by the front desk. I was spoken to and treated rudely. It’s frustrating that I couldn’t continue with my appointment because of this. This type of treatment is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. The doctor here is great but unfortunately it's not met with the same standard by the front desk.

Total Care physicians are a staple to the Bridgeport community and beyond. The Doctors Ciaccia and Frazier are caring knowledgeable and supportive it can’t get any better!!!! Also Alesha does an outstanding job with her patients always. I’m so happy I found this team they are great at what they do. I’m not a Bridgeport resident I live in Arlington heights however I’d drive anywhere to see them ☺️ definitely 5 ⭐️ stars
It has been an incredible blessing to have Dr Frazier and Dr Ciacci as our doctors for our almost 3 yrs old daughter and myself; even for my dear wife with regards to resourceful and communicative speaking. My wife, our daughter and I are more than proud and we owe a lot to these outstanding doctors for taking care of our Izzy in congruence since we first came in for her check ups as a newborn in 2019!
