I am very pleased with the care I have received from Dr Palandjian. However, if you need to communicate with this office by phone you may as well send smoke signals. If you leave a message you will not get a return call. Need a prescription renewed? Forget it. You will have to leave a message and you may as well be talking to yourself. Not acceptable and reason enough for me to change physicians.
RUN FROM THIS PLACE! I thought this was a decent office. IT IS NOT! I went in this week and after waiting 45 minutes the doctor walked in. No apology. He informs me he will call in my prescriptions. Well four days later the pharmacy has received nothing. When I call the office the RUDE AND UNCARING woman answering the phone informs me that I have to wait until Monday because the on call doctor doesn't call in prescriptions.
