This place sucks! Worst customer service in the pharmacy business! Would not approve prescription transfer to another pharmacy when I moved away. Greedy, Rude, un-helpful, law breaking practices. Would never use again or reccomend!!!!!!! RDS.
Horrible Customer Service!! Nobody ever answers the phone..and when I have questions about prescriptions I get NO help! I would rather wait an hour at CVS than deal with Total Care anyday
My wife called to refill a prescription that needed doctor authorization as there were no refills left. The man she talked to was very rude to her telling her loudly and gruffly that he would not send a request to her doctor and that she needed to see the doctor to get a refill. She explained to him that she had seen the doctor just a month ago and he still refused to send a refill request. We ended up transferring all her prescriptions to another pharmacy so we don't have to deal with this rude behavior.
Fastest pharmacy in town. Usually out in 10 to 15 minutes. forget waiting at other pharmacys total care makes it easy.
