Expected a nurse for blood work on a Monday. She called and did not have right needles in her car (home health cars should be well stocked), understanding as this was first encounter with this agency, and she came on Tuesday . . . with only two needles . . my sister is a "hard stick" . . . something that should have been communicated . . . this nurse was not "a good sticker" so she referred us on to a "good sticker" later on Tuesday or perhaps Wednesday (which would be 3 days in). ......... The owner has made ignorant comments regarding other business ventures that she is involved in. I would like to make people aware of things that are not okay. She was looking for vendors and commented that a site she saw was African American clothing because majority of the models were African American. When going to other sites that a certain race (Caucasian) which is majority of sites no one says white clothing or Caucasian clothing. She could have gotten her point across with a better. Ignorance is not cute.
The only good reviews they have are from their own staff members. Poor staffing, do not provide quality care and protect your family from their nurses. They will do anything to make a dime off your family. No consideration for helping families live quality lives.
