Total care connections has provided such great service for us the past two years. The caregivers have been terrific. Compassionate, knowledgeable, and hard working. And the front office? They are so awesome to work with! What a blessing to have them help us through such challenging times.
I engaged with TCC because of their rating in the caregiver space as I prepared to get some extra support for my 102 year old mother. She is currently in Hospice care and I am her fulltime caregiver. Because I also have a fulltime job I was hoping to find a resource to come in a couple days a week so I can go to my office. But form the beginning it wasn't a great experience. Total Care has been great for my Dad. The main caregiver,Bernie, is kind,patient,and knowledgeable. She treats my dad like family and has great communication skills. LJ and Brooklyn the schedulers listen and call with any updates. This company is a great resource for us!
Professional people with a heart for helping the patient and the family. They communicate clearly, give updates on schedule quickly and are so very helpful and patient in answering questions. The caregivers that come to our home are wonderful . We are so grateful for them. We recommended them to a family member.
