I am requiring at home care services for a family member and I interviewed several agencies in the Valley. I ask many questions, often too many questions, so I am told, but Victor was very patient, professional, and clear in his answers. He was genuinely empathetic and wanted me to have a deep understanding how Total Care Connections could (or could not) meet my needs. My mom has been a client of Total Care Connection for the past 5 years. While we’ve had some ups and downs with scheduling over the years, Bruklyn — their amazing scheduler — has always gone above and beyond to make everything work smoothly and keep us happy. I wanted to share my experience with Total Care Connections thus far. My Mom receives care monthly and we have had seamless service from the start to include Alexus the Community Liaison and Quinn the Case Manager. Jaz the scheduler has been great with communication as well. I would only choose Total Care for in home care. Thank you TTC Team.

I have an amazing caregiving team. Joan is great in the kitchen and has really helped me through my last surgery with my puréed diet. She knows how to make liquid food appetizing. Priscilla is an amazing young lady who comes in with an amazing attitude. She has helped me get things organized. Mary comes once a week. She has also helped me allot with my pureed diet the past month. She works hard and is very diligent.i am very happy with my care team and the services that TCC offers me.
