Long wait just to register 30+ min, understand things happen but when got to the point of finally getting to go back the nurse at the host desk was extremely rude and snappy that takes you to the back. Not sure what her deal was but no call for that anytime. I'm giving 2 stars to acknowledge the folks at arrival and the folks at registering were very polite and friendly (Follow up) After waiting for a bit the nurse seemed to become more friendly but first impressions make or break a moment
I have transported pts to Total Care Cancer Center for their radiation treatments. The staff is professional, compassionate, knowledgable and they treat their pts with care and respect. The environment and restrooms are very clean. Pts can get their cancer treatments here and also see their oncologists at the same place. Very convenient when your pt is very ill. So far all my experiences with TCCC have been A+.
