The care I received here was good in the actual appt, from the actual nurses. I had to do a biopsy, that was done efficiently and with kindness from the doctor and nurses. But where the problem with this place lies is in their billing department. I was told ahead of time about what the estimated cost of the procedure would be and was prepared for that, but then over the course of a year, I was paying a few hundred dollars here and there with bills coming every few weeks. I like this place...been coming for the past 3 years. Their schedulers are friendly and quite helpful. Reception is always welcoming. The technicians for the 3D mammograms have all been awesome. I'll be coming here as long as my insurance covers them.

This is for Los Alamitos Medical Center - Total Care Imaging Center. I regret coming to this imaging center. The results were not sent to my doctor, even though I provided the doctor's information accurately. Four weeks later I asked the imaging center and it turned out they used the wrong fax number. I gave them the right fax number. More than a week after that the results still hadn't been sent. The online health portal did not allow me to sign up to view my results either. I like this place. Easy to make appointments, wait time is not bad at all. Trina, who did my ct scan explained everything before I had the procedure done. Very clean place. Everyone was friendly and professional.

The 5 Star is for JADEN. He was the guy at the entrance booth on 2.27.23, at around 3:30/4:00PM. He must be with Security, not reception. Anyway, I accompanied my wife, as a walk in.
