Staff is Very Kind, Attentive, and Helpful. Easy to make Appointments. All my questions were answered. Will definitely come back for my x-ray imaging needs. Highly recommend!
Staff is caring, friendly, efficient, professional. Have had different imaging for 15 yrs here at Total Care.
The care I received here was good in the actual appt, from the actual nurses. I had to do a biopsy, that was done efficiently and with kindness from the doctor and nurses. But where the problem with this place lies is in their billing department. I was told ahead of time about what the estimated cost of the procedure would be and was prepared for that, but then over the course of a year, I was paying a few hundred dollars here and there with bills coming every few weeks. I like this place...been coming for the past 3 years. Their schedulers are friendly and quite helpful. Reception is always welcoming. The technicians for the 3D mammograms have all been awesome. I'll be coming here as long as my insurance covers them.
