Great care and people
I've gone to them for the last 4 years with no problems. This year I called for my annual mammo and the man who answered was incredibly rude. When I voiced concerns that I've been hearing about a communication breakdown between them (now under the UCI umbrella) and doctors, I was told to focus on myself. Yet, I couldn't easily get an appointment because they couldn't find communication from my doctor. This has never happened before. I've never been treated so rudely by their staff. I don't know what happened to Total Care the lady at the desk was not professional or friendly she seemed mad I wanted her to help me with my appointment to set it up the staff used to be really nice there been there number of times it's sad not to have friendly help
