I've gone to them for the last 4 years with no problems. This year I called for my annual mammo and the man who answered was incredibly rude. When I voiced concerns that I've been hearing about a communication breakdown between them (now under the UCI umbrella) and doctors, I was told to focus on myself. I don't know what happened to Total Care the lady at the desk was not professional or friendly she seemed mad I wanted her to help me with my appointment to set it up the staff used to be really nice there been there number of times it's sad not to have friendly help
Staff is Very Kind, Attentive, and Helpful. Easy to make Appointments. All my questions were answered. Will definitely come back for my x-ray imaging needs. Highly recommend!
Staff is caring, friendly, efficient, professional. Have had different imaging for 15 yrs here at Total Care.
