I went to place based on review to get my car fixed. Last year (2023) September they fixed my car not 100% and took the money from insurance saying it’s completed but they did not replaced the part. From last year 2023 September they kept saying next week we will change it for you but that next week never came. I always had to call them to get an update. Not sure how they have received all these good reviews - I am not satisfied with the service and would not recommend them at all. Thanks.
Alec and his crew are legends in my view. Took my vu ute in after failing a roadworhy ,because of structure damage.Was under a time deadline,the job was completed on time, great price,and excellent repair job. Total Care is the only place you should take your car for repair. Thanks again for your friendly, professional service.100% will use again

3 days back I had accidentally scratched a car in a 7/11 Parking lot while parking my car. It left few red marks on the left corner of the bumper of my white Holden Captiva. I went to four different smash repair shops in Melton. The others just wanted to mint money from me and gave a quote of 350-400 quids. Finally I got to Total care yesterday morning.
