I have a recorded interaction with Podiatrist Jeffery. He came to my home parked in my driveway blocking my car. He failed to confirm the address with patient and went to my home in error. The way this man brushed me off when trying to assist him I was flabbergasted at his arrogance interrupting me when I’m trying to help him. I can share the video but I recommend the patient no longer receive service from this person with such an unprofessional attitude.
Love love love this office and all the workers who attend to phone appts. Love that they due tell a health via computer .. I am handicapped and they come to me ... I would highly recommend
I highly recommend this service. Their group from schedulers, NP, Doctors are the best I have ever experienced. They attend to all of our needs. Got an ultrasound for my son the next day after we had a concern. Doctor Astbury and Tracy have approved orders same day needed. If my son is needed to be seen or have a concern, they have responded the same day. My wife and I are amazed and wished we had found them sooner. Best experience ever!!!
As a clinician, I can depend on Total Care 2U to take care of my patients. I have been working with them for about three years and they have always been quick to respond and provided excellent care notes. Their liaison Celeste is quick to help any client in need. After three years of referring clients to Total Care 2 U, I can state that every single client has given me a positive review of this care team. I can’t recommend them enough!
New Patient Telephone Experience (not a medical review): I left a message for new patient processing. Ms. "Autumn" called back very fast. She was extremely pleasant. Ms. "Brittany" was also very prompt with a callback. She was friendly, prepared, very compassionate, & mindful of the client experience needing to be peaceful; and avoided unneccessary confusion/delays.
