Horrible.
SCAM ALERT I called on March 31st to cancel our services. I was told they only do cancellations through voicemail. I left a voicemail. Now, one month later, they are calling trying to set up another appointment. They conveniently "didn't get my message", allowing them to defraud Medicare by charging for services they did not provide for another month.
We love our set up with these guys, Nurse Emily is the greatest.
