I’ve had two great experiences at this location in seal Beach. Ammine, one of the partners in this business has been extremely helpful and generous with her insights. I will use the infrared sauna twice it’s been very helpful for my inflammation. The facility is super clean and the energy feels great. I highly recommend this business and the people who are serving you through it! I’m looking forward to continuing Healing at Total Body Aesthetic in Seal Beach! Sincerely, Richard Harvey

The infra red sauna does not reach a high enough temperature for it to be effective in anyway, and I did not sweat, at all. I did feel warm and cosy but that’s not why I use infra red saunas. I enjoyed the experience but it doesn’t feel effective, so I don’t think I’ll return for that service again. However, the owner was very friendly and welcoming! And the atmosphere was warm and inviting :) Perhaps a nice place to get a facial instead!
