Had my bike towed to this shop. Paul and staff went out of there way to help me. Paul did a inspection of my bike, and found that the front axel had snaped clean in half. He helped me to organise to have the bike returned to where it had just had tyres fitted, in Ipswich. So it could be repaired, by the business that had done the work. He didnt charge me for anything he did. I would now ride the 2hours to have paul and team service my bike. Would reccomend paul and team at Total Bike Care, such a pleasure to deal with. Super quick, called prior and they said just bring it in. Was there no less than 20-30 mins only as he was mid fixing someone else and back on the road. Reccomend
Excellent service and communication.
Very happy with the work Paul and his staff at Total Bick Care. They fitted my dash cam set up with cameras at both ends and beat the quotes of two other bike shops. Very friendly guy that is in the business to help other bike riders .
