I recently purchased a Groupon for a gel mani/ pedi as a birthday gift. When calling to schedule the service the merchant told me she forgot to take the special off Groupon. She wouldn’t be able to schedule for the services due to them not having a nail tech. She then stated I had to contact Groupon myself to get a refund. She was not apologetic for the inconvenience this caused. Poor business ethics.
