I’ve been a loyal customer at this salon for over a decade, but after my recent experience, I unfortunately won’t be returning. I originally booked my haircut online, where it clearly stated the service would take 40 minutes and cost $60. Because I have long hair, I decided to call the salon directly to clarify the time and price. I was told it would be $79 for a 60-minute appointment, which I was perfectly fine with.
