I'm glad I called for garage door repair in Los Altos. They responded quickly and scheduled an appointment right away. Communication was excellent—they confirmed the appointment and let us know who would be coming out for the repair. Their technician Gavin was fantastic. He explained in detail what repairs were needed and made sure I understood the reasons behind each step. The service was outstanding and I would definitely recommend them for any garage door needs.
Today my husband and I had an issue with our garage door opener at our home in Los Altos. We called and spoke with Gavin, who let us know we could get a universal remote and once we had it, he would guide us through the setup. Gavin was really helpful and walked me through each step to program the new remote, and it worked perfectly. We’re very thankful and will definitely use this garage door service again and recommend it to our friends and family.

I couldn’t get my garage door to open, so I called Total Bay Garage Door Repair. Tony came out quickly to check my door. He explained what was wrong, showed me that the opener belt was frayed and slipping, pointed out a snapped cable, and mentioned a few worn rollers that needed to be replaced. I’m really impressed with the great service and repairs I got. I would recommend them to anyone.
really happy with the garage door service received. from the first call with tony, to the same day installation of 2 liftmaster openers by jayden. they were super clear and detailed, without trying to sell any extra services that weren't needed. jayden was very kind, patient and knew what he was doing. he gave us everything we needed to keep our garage doors and units in good shape. will be reaching out to these guys in the future for anything related to openers or garage doors in los altos.
