I had been so unwell for 3 days. Dizzy, foggy brain, neck and headache. I went and saw James and instant relief!! I wasn't able to pull my head down towards my chest. It was so stiff. A simple, painless adjustment, while James explained everything that he was doing and I have had instant relief. I have been seeing James for years, but today just showed me why I should keep my regular adjustments, and not leave it so long!

I highly recommend total balance chiropractic, I have been seeing James since January to be honest I didn’t think that seeing a chiropractor would make that much difference to my back and neck pain. I am totally amazed with the changes that I have noticed, my back and neck pain is almost but all gone, I’m standing straighter/taller, I am sleeping better.
