I had a great experience with this team! I emailed their production team a week in advance during one of the business times of year, and they were super accommodating and helpful. When my boss asked me to get a trophy plaque with only a weeks' notice, I thought it wouldn't be done on time, but Total Awards and Promotions had it done even before the pickup time that was originally promised. My son got his first Hole In One on Saturday, July 5, 2025. He called me from the golf course to let me know. I was so thrilled for him that I immediately hit the Google search for Hole In Hole plaques to commemorate this great feat. I saw the perfect plaque from Total Awards & Promotions based in Madison, WI. I sent my request in before my son even got home from the course. Amazing place! Our speedskating club is hosting our annual meet/race this weekend so we used this place to refurbish some old trophies for us to give out, and they did a great job. Then a week before the race, one of our longest standing members got some devastating news and we wanted to do something special for him. We brought in a few bits of an old skating trophy and asked the nice lady to make them into something special in less than a week. Came in today to fix a broken trophy. The staff was fantastic! They were able to fix the trophy quickly! They were very polite great customer service. Highly recommend.
Jenny helped me with the design of an award. It turned out awesome and we were able to stay within budget. Very easy to work with!
