We rented two speakers, and the audio equipment from Total A/V for our wedding in Washington, D.C.. The equipment arrived on time, despite several road closures. The team that was delivered/installed the speakers did a great job showing us how to use the equipment, and even brought the cords we needed to self-DJ our reception. They also picked up the equipment the day after in a timely manner, as required by our venue! The music was perfect & made our day so special!

As a videographer, we occasionally need to rent additional equipment -usuallyaudio visual in nature. Their rates are reasonable and location convenient.
We have used Total-AV.com in the past and were satisfied. So much so that we paid them in full for an event in the spring of 2020. Per their policy we provided them with notice that the event needed to be canceled and requested a refund. The Total AV representative did not respond in a timely fashion. When they did (post shutdown) therefund was deferred monthly. I suggest you carefully review the posted policy and hold them accountable beforehand. We are now very dissatisfied.
