This company charges for everything. They charge to come to your home $84.95, which was senior discounted or would have been over $94.00 of which they DO NOT credit towards your repair if you decide to go with the repair. The $84.95 is paying for their gas to drive to your home, you get nothing for the $84.95. You get them to arrive at your home! Then to diagnose your problem you will pay $40 for every 15 minutes that they are in your home. I had a part go on my Bosch dishwasher and it cost me $226.74 for them to figure out ... read more

Sorry to hear you do not like our rates, we do quote our rates to every customer. Our technician stated that were is a heavy custom panel on the door that would cause the door links that hold the door to fail. We did not charge labor to install they part, but because what we replaced did not have anything to do with the door hinges, the customer had to be responsible for the parts cost for their unit. We do stand behind our repairs and the service all fee is good for 30 day if the unit has the same issue

we have used total appliance before. we had same technician. he is fast courteous. we are always pleased with their service.
they charge very expensive !! they never arrive on time, the costumer service girls don't do their job well !!! most of the time the "technician" receives instructions by phone!
