I was charged $80 for a diagnosis feen and was quoted $290 to repair my gas dryer. I contact a local parts supplier who carriers the part in stock for $150. I purchased the part myself and installed myself in under 30 minutes. Their labor would have cost me $140 for 30 minutes but instead they would rather take $80 for a few minutes of work instead of actually helping a customer.
Total Appliance Repair was very professional. They came the next day for my tenant and fixed the problem. Being in the rental business it's important for me to find a good appliance repair company. The technician they sent had 30 years of experience. I will use them again if I need an appliance repaired.
