Ridiculous wait times and they never respond. Switching to another service provider. I am currently on my third attempt to get through to a human this week and my current time on hold is over 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Horrible service same story every time with same results in one month not worth paying the maintainance fee better to hire and pay full.price.This company does not know what they're doing these people are very short staffed and are always in a hurry receptionist is very unprofessional and fresh with clients talks to them like they were street people and not clients please hire proper professionals we pay alot of money between the 7000 plus units for this type of treatment.
As a property manager at Century Village Pembroke Pines, I am extremely disappointed with Total Appliance & A/C Repair. One of my tenants has been waiting for OVER A MONTH to have her dryer repaired. UNREASONABLE DELAYS: A simple dryer should not take over a month to get fixed. PARTS DEPARTMENT IS A DISASTER: Excuses and no clear timelines. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: No updates and NO urgency.
