I did my service with Total Air few times before on my old ducted unit, as I discovered them when my ducted unit was in its final years, and I found the service to be excellent, so when I needed to replace the system, I made sure to include them in the quotes I got. after 38 years plus our air con system had to be replaced, we contacted total-air matt came to our premises and did a survey he listened to what we wanted and worked with us to retain the existing outlets and filter. total air gave us a decent and fair price. matt was very knowlegable gave us great advice on the size of the system to suit our requirements and final position of condenser, he worked with us all the way 0n the morning of the installation most of the materials arrived at 6.30 am and a short time later i got a sm... read more
