Excellent service, company v easy to work with, arrived when they said they would, renewed my airconditioner, excellent chat with your technician.

I engaged Total Air to diagnose and repair a 15 year old ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning system and spent over $3,000 on staged fixes that never reliably restored operation. The Tech that visited did a great job ( on a 5 degree morning ) and offered valuable advice about getting the best from out air conditioning settings . He was the first service tech we have had who actually checked the gas pressure/ levels and climbed into our ceiling to inspect the indoor unit and ductwork as a part of the service.
I was very impressed with Dan and his colleague who were excellent. They identified the problems and fixed the aircon quickly. I thoroughly recommend TOTAL AIR. Thank you
