Great service from Total Air, a really thorough service of all the AC Inverter Indoor and Outdoor Units, will definitely be using the team again next time! :)
Booked a repair job with them. They work Telstra hours as in "We will come when we're ready". They couldn't give me an approximate time. Waited 5 hours for a technician. Nope, no show....no text-nothing. You got to be kidding me!!! Talk about dropping the ball. Very disappointing. Well, plenty of other companies around.
Great service from the team from online contact to getting the job done seamless thank you
We have always used TA and as usual their technician went above and beyond expectations thanks Dan.
