Absolutely horrible experience with britney in the office. I have a furnace that is out and the house is dropping below thirty two degrees.I was only provided with two available appointment times one of which was nine a m.The following day and the other she could not give me a time for the day after.And was not able to provide me with any other options.It was take those or leave it. The two guys that replaced my furnace and AC were outstanding. There was a scheduling conflict, so they got there later than expected, but they got right to work and in short order, I again had AC (the blower motor in the 25 year old furnace had failed and the AC compressor was failing). The staff were outstanding and the owner loaned, delivered, and setup a portable AC while the parts were approved/ordered.
0/10 do not recommend! Came to fix ac, couldn’t do but charged me 2x
Jackson and the entire office was pleasant, proffesional, and thorough in their work.they all went above and beyond to help with the installation of our new furnace, coil, and condenser. Very responsive throughout the whole process. I would strongly recommend this company.
It was extremely difficult working with this company. Very long delays and poor communication. Not sure if it’s because I had a home warranty company playing middle man? Jackson came out 1 week ago and did not diagnose the issue because there was “too much dog poop near the unit”. I told him I wasn’t too far away, and I’d get it cleaned up but he left before I got back to the rental condo.
