Horrible experience with britney in the office and the crew. I have a furnace that was out and the house is dropping below twenty degrees. I Had their first guy come he did not know anything he had to call the office the entire time so they made a second appointment this time there main guy came and he tried to charge me $2k out of pocket and $3k from my insurance company for a furnace that I purchased for $1k it is just a small electric backup furnace that I use because we have no gas up in lake rock port estates, this unit... read more
If I could give this company a 0 star I would!!! Total Air Control gave us the worst service we’ve ever experienced. Jaxon was unprofessional, disrespectful, and even swore at us before hanging up during a phone call. After weeks of excuses, stress, and zero real solutions, we were left frustrated and without help. I would never recommend this company to anyone—save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
I used this company by way of my home warranty company. I couldn't have been happier. I first called Black Diamond experts who ive used for years and they said I needed to replace 3 furnace gas valves in a multi family property. I then decided to submit a claim through my home warranty and Brittany, was extremely helpful. They determined the connections were loose and tightened them and then replaced a few parts too. Very different outcome than BDE suggested and thousands less. I will be using this company from now on.
Absolutely horrible experience with britney in the office. The two guys that replaced my furnace and AC were outstanding. There was a scheduling conflict, so they got there later than expected, but they got right to work and in short order, I again had AC (the blower motor in the 25 year old furnace had failed and the AC compressor was failing). The staff were outstanding and the owner loaned, delivered, and setup a portable AC while the parts were approved/ordered.
