We received a repair call for a split that was not working. They confirmed the split was not working which we already knew. They charged $250 for this service. The repair man advised would quote to repair and to replace. If replaced for new we'd get a reduction due to already paying $250 for nothing. We only received a replace quote. I requested a reduction in quote due to already paying $250. They declined and said they couldn't help us so we didn't proceed and received better service elsewhere and a new split air con elsew... read more
