I do not know where this company get this good rating. Dwaine came to my home to repair my ducted air con, and told me whole control board need be replaced. He confirmed the board cannot be repaired and quoted me $2200 to change it. This is so expensive and I seeked 2nd opinion, other company came and simply changed a fuse, air conditioning is working fine now. There is nothing wrong with my control board. This company is cheating and making profit from lies.
