Dwaine is very decent man, he is honest and explains everything to the customer, he is very quality focused as well. His team installed a ducted system for us without any fuss as his guys all worked in unison with each other, the system is working absolutely perfectly.
In a world of caution every time we all have a trade to carry out work for us, I am over the moon with the manner that Dwaine addressed the task of fully replacing our ducted air, he is a very polite and a easy person to deal with, he explained all of our options and detailed the pros and cons of each system. I do not know where this company get this good rating. Dwaine came to my home to repair my ducted air con, and told me whole control board need be replaced. He confirmed the board cannot be repaired and quoted me $2200 to change it. This is so expensive and I seek 2nd opinion, other company came and simply changed a fuse, air conditioning is working fine now. There is nothing wrong with my control board. This company is cheating and making profit from lies.
