We had to replace our old unit, it was 20 years old and not very efficient. Our July bill was 359.00 and had the new AC put in on August 1. We got our August electric bill today and it was 183.00, that is a 176.00 savings. We would like to thank Total Air for their service and the job they did at our home.

I am very satisfied with the plumbing service Andrew provided. He asked questions about what led to the problem and carefully explained the steps to pinpoint the cause, provided an estimate, and then repaired the issue. He found additional problems that he explained with the help of photos, and he was able to repair them all with parts on hand. Honest company that does quality work. I had another company come out for bi-annual maintenance and as soon as they left my air conditioning went out. The tech refused to take liability even though the system was only 2 years old and was operating fine before they touched it. Finally an honest AC & Plumbing company I know I can depend on. They came right out. Did a full assessment and even verified warranty to get new coils without me paying for them. Techs are well versed in their fields. Very informative. They even took pictures and a video to show us our problem. I highly recommend Total Air AC & Plumbing for your home’s necessities.
