We had to replace our old unit, it was 20 years old and not very efficient. Our July bill was 359.00 and had the new AC put in on August 1. We got our August electric bill today and it was 183.00, that is a 176.00 savings. We would like to thank Total Air for their service and the job they did at our home.
Honest company that does quality work. I had another company come out for bi-annual maintenance and as soon as they left my air conditioning went out. The tech refused to take liability even though the system was only 2 years old and was operating fine before they touched it. Robert did a great job updating my A/C system. I have used Total Air several times and Robert is usually my guy. He is always professional and efficient in his work. Cleaned everything up before he left. I would highly recommend Total Air. They respond quickly and are affordable compared to other companies. They have been always been honest when diagnosing an issue.
Total Air was wonderful experience for me. I went into it a little nervous because a new HVAC system is expensive. My salesmen, Josh, helped me feel at ease at gave me great practical advice. I received a price I was extremely happy with. The men who installed my system were very personable and efficient. I recommend Total Air with complete confidence.
