I originally called Total Air for a simple annual AC check, but it turned out there were a couple of underlying issues that needed attention. The technician who came out was incredibly kind, professional, and great with my dogs—which I always appreciate! We've had our AC and Plumbing serviced by Total Air for several years now and I have to say without a doubt that every tech we've had service our house did an amazing job and I do mean every single technician from past to present. After taking my Money for years and I decided not to pay them to replace a 30 dollar part. This is the email I get. They are a joke. My system is over 20 years old and they didn’t install anything but clean my system and changed a capacitor and charged me a couple of hundred dollars.
