I've used Total Heat and Air exclusively on my rental properties and home for 15 years. I had rentals from Flower Mound to Garland and everything in between. When my renter in Dallas called for service due to no cooling, I was informed there was an extra charge, as we were not in the service area. Total Air & Plumbing once again saves the day! Our a/c wasn’t cooling overnight so I called Total Air at 7:30 am on a Saturday. They were able to get someone out to us within an hour of calling. Tom did an excellent job quickly locating the problem. He had it fixed and the a/c back up and running within an hour! I highly recommend Tom and the Total Air & Plumbing team!
I originally called Total Air for a simple annual AC check, but it turned out there were a couple of underlying issues that needed attention. The technician who came out was incredibly kind, professional, and great with my dogs—which I always appreciate!
