Total Air installed a new HVAC system at my residence. They were very professional and did a great job in one day and left everything clean. They also explained everything about how to keep the system in good operating condition for the future. Would recommend them if you need a new system or maintenance of your system.

If you're looking for substandard service, then this is the place to call. If you're looking for arrogant, rude staff, then call here. I called the office and spoke with a Janette. She clearly isn't happy about being there, but I guess I wouldn't either if my business filed for bankruptcy. The technician sent to my house was downright rude and couldn't even fix the problem correctly. I understand you are busy attending to service calls, but the customer is not to blame. We had to replace our 2 units in the 100°+ heat. Total Air was there in less then a week,had one unit replaced and running in a day . The other unit was in the attic took 2 days. The hole crew worked the whole time they were here, always polite well mannered. Brandon and Brandon Jr went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. 100% Satisfied

Awesome service! The A/C in my 90 yr old mother's house was not working and the inside temperature was approaching 84F. I called and the service tech, Mario, was there in about and hour. He completed repairs and the system is up and running. So greatful for the fast and courteous response.
