I’m pleased & very grateful for Total Air. The technicians Cedrick & Giovanni were prompt for my scheduled appointment on Wednesday June 23th. Not only was the customer service top notch but they exceeded my expectations. Technicians were careful and they took there time making sure everything worked & even took the time to take calls after the job was done in case anything might of gotten overlooked. Very appreciated ... unit had charred wires...they replaced contactor, capacitors and a unique transformer.....they repaired unit and had knowledgeable people...respectful....and thoughtful. Left area clean.... They are efficient....fast and before the weekend....great job... I also have them maintenance my unit now...
