I chose this urgent care because of the excellent reviews, which makes my experience even more disappointing. When I arrived, I explained that it felt like something was stuck in my throat or airway. I was told — verbatim — that they “wouldn’t touch me with a 10-foot pole.” That was shocking and unprofessional. Instead of evaluating me, they immediately directed me to the ER.
