The staff was great....didn't judge or down you...very personally friendly...talked w u not at u...worked up a plan to help w the problem. Took my suggestion at heart n agreed....in the end I'd visit again if necessary...wasnt there forever ..in n out quickly...thank u all!!!
The wait times were quite lengthy once I was in a room, but my case was compounded and complicated so I think there was a good deal of planning for my care going on in the background. The decisions made were point on in my opinion and I was given lots of printed information on how to help resolve my symptoms along with appropriate medication. There was a mess up with sending my scripts to the wrong pharmacy but it just meant a delay in acquiring the meds. I will continue to use this facility and recommend it highly.
No waiting time much appreciated! The providers were very professional and dealt with my health issue promptly.
