Arrived around 2:15 and left about 4"05. They saw us right away, asked the questions and had us do chest exrays, and determined that David has pneumonia and I, Janet, UPI, ordered 3 prescriptions for us and sent us home.
This was our second visit in a week to this location. I signed up online on the drive there from my daughter's school and was seen by the time I got there. The first visit, we unfortunately had vomit on the front desk floor incident and all the workers were super helpful cleaning up and very kind about the ordeal. We saw Megan, PA who was very kind and helpful and listened to all our concerns and explained everything clearly. Staff was through, friendly, and knowledgeable in my medical issues. Visit was quick and my plan moving forward was laid out. They addressed all my concerns clearly and I was pleased thanks for all you do to make us healthier human beings god bless
I called Total Access in Rock Hill because I had fallen on my shoulder really hard and was wanting to make sure I hadn't actually damaged it before I headed out of town. They took my info on the phone and got me right in when I came in. I saw an EMT, then a PA, then had x-rays, back to the PA and then the EMT to fit me with a sling. Fast efficient courteous thorough service!
I have used TAUC a few times in recent years. They have always taken such great care of me. My most recent visit with Provider Jim Sandler was one that will forever be grateful for. I was seen and cared for, which I knew would be top notch from prior visits, but, following my care, Mr. Sandler set me up with a future “piece of mind visits”, and a referral and appointment to the next doctor. Mr. Sandler stayed in touch every step of the way.
