RecommendedConvenient location. Staff was very friendly. There was a little bit of a wait, which is to be expected, but it was not not terribly long. Plus, staff frequently came in to check on me and told me when I was the next patient to be seen.

TAUC is a totally great place. All employees are friendly, efficient and capable.
I have been here for covid testing and follow up testing after I had it. It is really hard to find anyone to see you once you have it. And the team at total access treats you with care and concern. Made me feel so welcome.
Got in right away. All of the staff were extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable. The PA Amber was SO nice and knowledgeable. While I hope I don’t have to ever go back, if I do, I 100% recommend this urgent care.

I was very nervous about having to get a Covid test and they made it as easy as possible! Everyone was so nice and friendly. From the receptionist, to the nurse, to the nurse practitioner! If needed, I will definitely return to this location!
