There are horrible, horrible horrible! I would never go here again. You could die in the waiting room They have more excuses as to why they can’t help you. I have my 93 year old dad here and they could give two shits. They don’t deserve to be rated
I went to the Total Access Urgent Care facility this morning. The service could not have been better. The on line scheduling and check in process was so easy, even for a dinosaur like me. The folks at the desk were so nice. The nurse practitioners and the physicians could not have been kinder or more competent and I was so comforted and cared for that even though I was diagnosed with shingles, I left the facility feeling that I was in good hands, given the treatment that was appropriate for the symptoms and on my way to ... read more

The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating at a highly stressful and busy time of day. Given the high volume of patients wanting to get Covid tests they remained professional and empathetic.
Great staff, everyone is warm and welcoming as well as knowledgeable and attentive. Great facility. Always happy with the results.

Very friendly and relatively fast
I arrived at 8 A.M. got check in by Chris and she escorted me to an exam room about 10 A.M then Joyce took my vitals and administered the test and got the results of the test and the Dr came in and listened to my breathing and was released to leave at 10:45.
Very professional and helpful got me in right away. Had a perforated ear drum.
