Hands down the best gym I've been a member of. Clean establishment with knowledgeable staff and friendly management. Its got that home gym feel and the other members are awesome too and always willing to lend a spot.

This gym is amazing, friendly staff, clean facility, awesome equipment and very very welcoming. I've been to a lot of gyms in virginia beach and none stack up to this facility, I love this place, I highly recommend everyone to come try this place out!
