This company is a joke. We scheduled an in-home appointment and they cancelled several days before the appointment stating that it was now too far for them. I asked what their threshold for distance was and they couldn't give me an answer. Then I said, well how about Phoenix instead of DC as we have family there and maybe we could get the car seat cleaned out there. I decided to try Tot Squad DC after receiving a discount coupon through a Facebook promotion. I booked an online appointment through their website on Sunday for the upcoming Tuesday at a convenient location just 8 minutes from my home in Centreville. The process was so easy! The staff person was so nice and professional. I booked the 30 minute cleaning for 2 car seats that my 4 year-old and 2 year-old have used and abused.
