Toshimi Minami is an amazing Realtor to work with! I'm a realtor myself and just got done working on the other side of a home purchase for my clients. Toshimi made sure to protect his client, but he also made sure that the buyers were happy with everything throughout the process. I had the distinct pleasure of working with Toshimi on a sale of a home in Menifee. I was very impressed with his professionalism, positive attitude in problem solving and over seeing the transaction, timely response to emails, texts and calls, along with his "let's get 'er done" outlook on all tasks related to this sale.
