ZERO stars. The commercial side has less than shady business practices and used the bait and switch tactic, promising lease on one machine (wide format printer) with supplies included and then delivering a lesser quality machine without the supplies contract. Even after escalating to management, we've had no help getting our issues resolved. The worst company I have ever dealt with. I have a copier with them that pulls 2 or 3 sheets at a time when copying. I need the documents for court exhibits and filings. I cannot trust that the equipment they provide will have all of the documents since it pulls multiple sheets at a time. I have raised this issue with them MULTIPLE times. Same old machine. Same old problems. They send a repair person to fix, claim it is fixed, but it isn't. Stay away from Toshiba Business Solutions.
