Toshiba's customer service is horrible. The salesmen makes promises about their elite business solutions that are not true. It took over a year to fix my copier and they refused to switch it out. After completing the lease, there's a charge of $500 for a company to pick it up if you don't renew. I strongly suggest to use another company. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Our company signed really long contracts with Toshiba we are TRAPPED WITH THEM NOW. We are in Raleigh/Durham area. The sales rep oversold us and we are getting ripped off by monthly Toshiba. Toshibas technical support department takes days to get back to you. There are so many other printing companies that you can get equipment through with a less expensive contract and better technical support. I am a longtime and current customer of Toshiba Business Solutions. I have managed a law firm for 33 years and have dealt with good and bad vendors. My current account representative, Derrick King, will not return my calls or resolve my issue. If anyone at TBS is reading this, please call. If you are a potential customer of TBS, be careful what you sign and especially what their sales reps promise. If they offer to buy out your current lease, get that money before you start a lease with them.
Shawnie Newnam is my Toshiba rep for Six Forks Station where I manger the property. She is always extremely attentive to our needs. For instance a couple weeks ago we ran out of toner and the copier would not print. We called Shawnie and she raced over from the other side of town to deliver us one instead of having us order one which would have meant we could not have accomplished any work that day.
