Sleazy, dishonest and crooked This lawyer is so sleazy he represented one of the guilty Bloomfield police officers (Trinidad) who is going to jail for a minimum of 5 years when sentenced in Jan. 2016. This officer is guilty of a long list of charges and Toscano was touting how the officer was wrongly charged and not guilty when the clear video (that initially went missing) clearly shows how guilty Trinidad was. "One Hands Wash Another" I was recommended to Toscano by Kirnan, another attorney. Kirnan was a former mayor and attorney who was disbarred and found guilty of stealing clients funds. Kirnan was represented by Toscano in his legal defense. My experience with Toscano was terrible. I would describe him as a slick lawyer who ripped me off and did not deliver what he promised. I definitely would not recommend him to anybody. Don't waste your money, time, and nerves. He is dishonest and unethical. He will take financial advantage... read more
