it seems to me that new management meb doesn't care about the place or residence the place isn't being landscaped it's turning into a slum if you walk down the 800 building... it seems to be that they are extorting everyone by raising the rent $50 to 100 depending on who it is renewing lease at a time of hardship with the covid .. and I've been waiting for my water heater to be replaced for 2 weeks that has a hole in it and a small leak and if it blows all the apartments below my third story are going to be ruined but they d... read more
