just needs help with service – Breakfast was good but expensive, service was a little slow like many other reviews said...so I guess that is consistent. I had bacon and eggs and the hash browns were great, the eggs were good, and my sour dough bread was OK (She never asked me what kind of bread I wanted) I had a mimosa and the second one never showed up. SHADY!!! – I recently joined my husband on a business trip to San Diego and decided to treat myself to lunch at Toscana one day while he was at work. The restaurant itself appears nice- tasteful decor, sidewalk seating, fairly upscale menu. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken and balsamic dressing. When the meal came out, it looked good- fresh, presentable, nice portion size. After two bites, something tasted 'off' to me.
