Love this place!
This place is the worst since September they have done a minimum of 1inspection per month. Sometimes 2. They partially installed RUBBER STAIR COVERS ON OUTDOOR STAIRS!! Thankfully this winter hasn't been harsh but I have personally slipped and fell 4 times because rubber doesn't go on outside stairs. In the summer the whole drainage ditch between the apartments and railroad tracks turns into a homeless camp with needles and other para
With a full time job you would think we can do laundry on the weekends its always so gross and dirty the internet never works none of the emergency lines are connected or internet can we please do better by the residents not all of us have cars and can go to other laundromat nor should we have to woth a place in the apartment building
It was great for the first two years. Then after management and management.. it went to crap. We had a leak in our bathroom that was 'fixed' and it grew mold every few days. Time after time.. they came in and patched over it and the mold would grow back through. I just ended up bleaching it 4x a week. Maintence requests were ignored and or half assed.
