It was great for the first two years. Then after management and management.. it went to crap. We had a leak in our bathroom that was 'fixed' and it grew mold every few days. Time after time.. they came in and patched over it and the mold would grow back through. I just ended up bleaching it 4x a week. Maintence requests were ignored and or half assed. I was jumped and assaulted by 3 residents who live here and 6 others that don’t for video recording what looked to be a car theft in the parking lot. They were never removed or kicked out and continued to come to my apartment and harass me. They made me delete the videos on my phone. The police, victims advocate and paramedics were involved. Always Changing management no one knows what the hell they’re doing the residents don’t know how to take care of their pets. They pee and crap everywhere.
