This place is the worst since September they have done a minimum of 1inspection per month. Sometimes 2. They partially installed RUBBER STAIR COVERS ON OUTDOOR STAIRS!! Thankfully this winter hasn't been harsh but I have personally slipped and fell 4 times because rubber doesn't go on outside stairs. With a full time job you would think we can do laundry on the weekends its always so gross and dirty the internet never works none of the emergency lines are connected or internet can we please do better by the residents not all of us have cars and can go to other laundromat nor should we have to woth a place in the apartment building
It was great for the first two years. Then after management and management.. it went to crap. We had a leak in our bathroom that was 'fixed' and it grew mold every few days. Time after time.. they came in and patched over it and the mold would grow back through. I just ended up bleaching it 4x a week. Maintence requests were ignored and or half assed. I was jumped and assaulted by 3 residents who live here and 6 others that don’t for video recording what looked to be a car theft in the parking lot. They were never removed or kicked out and continued to come to my apartment and harass me. They made me delete the videos on my phone. The police, victims advocate and paramedics were involved. I had to go to the hospital and get 7 stitches and my eye was swollen shut for 4 days. The culprit drives a red van no license plate which I reported to the police and was told by the di... read more
