John and Craig did a professional job while removing old water pipes in bathroom wall and installing new ones with an updated mixing valve in order to extended our shower head for a bathroom remodel being done. They explained everything and are very friendly and professional during the process. John also went out of his way to drop off fixture catalogs for us to choose the shower and tub trim and explained which valve was installed inorder for us to make the right choice.
