I purchased a set of tires from TOS about four years ago. Covid-19 was in high gear and I wanted to support local businesses. TOS agreed to match Costco's price so I went with them. That process seemed to go well. Fast forward to today. I had a nail in my tire so we took the tire to TOS for repair. I looked at the invoice from the original purchase and realized that the Road Hazard warranty noted was only for 3 years, even though the paperwork said it was supposed to be for 4 years.
