This is hands down the best Smog Shop around TOS stands for test only station (location is Orangevale) I Believe there is one other location near North Highlands and Antelope. Simple, no frills, clean, and the guy that works there has been there forever because he is a straight shooter, no bull crap kinda guy. Just the way you hope a smog shop would operate.
