Dr. Torma and his staff are a breath of fresh air! Having multiple health issues can be overwhelming but Dr. Torma and Barb were more than willing to work with me on them. It gave me hope! Thank you!
I switched from my primary care that I have been going to since I was 4 years old to doctor Torma. The staff were friendly and speedy, the nurse was friendly and very detail oriented, Dr. Torma was a breath of fresh air from what I have been use to from the last four years at my previous physician’s office. I don’t know if Dr. Torma was having a bad day or what. I accompanied an elderly patient for a routine exam and I felt Dr. Thomas was very disrespectful toward the patient. He acted like he was afraid to get close. He did not even touch the patient, he didn’t check the heart rate, and was just distant. The little exam that he did, he stood about 3 feet away and used his instrument to look in the patients mouth. When the patient tried to describe issues, he treated them with little regard. Doctor Torma was extremely professional and caring in a way I've not seen in a long time in my experience with doctors. He anticipated my needs and dealt with them directly. I discussed his Previous Google review at length with him, and am assured that the posted review was a personal, vicious attack designed to thwart this young man's success. I in no way believe the earlier fabrication, and highly recommend him as your choice of health professional.
He is a great doctor. I have a variety of different medical conditions. He has taken each one seriously and has sent me to the best specialist to help with continued treatment. He listens to what I have to say and gives me explanations in which I can understand.
