Brought the high school cross country team I coach here after our meet, it was a GREAT experience!! The store provided us with some pizzas, the kids shopped and used the gait analyzer, and all the staff was extremely helpful and patient with our high school athletes! Highly recommend shopping here! I bought a pair of shoes from a younger guy who was super helpful and very kind. After bringing them home and doing some more shopping I found a different pair and decided to return the shoes (completely unworn). When I brought them back, the older gentleman (I believe he was the owner) was very rude and condescending. Very unprofessional. I will not be buying shoes from them again.
I was in the store on Tuesday the 30th of August and was greeted as soon as we walked in, that was nice, and from that point on Scott Jenkins spent about an hour and a half with me helping me find the best shoes for me. He was very informative, knowledgeable, friendly, and out for my best interest. He looked at my feet, had me try on many shoes, and run on the treadmill to make sure the shoes were a good fit for me.
