Incredibly disappointing experience and very poor customer service. After being seated, we were ignored for the first 10 minutes before anyone took our order. When the food arrived, the quality was terrible—the beans tasted sour and the quesadillas were completely dripping with grease to the point of being inedible. When we brought this to the staff's attention, management completely refused to offer a remake, discount, or refund for the untouched food, but took our plates away anyway.
