Mexican Restaurant Tortilla Flats has good food and if you're really hungry this is the place to go. Their portions are very generous. Definitely try their chicken and rice soup. It's delicious. They have a large menu, and I've never had a bad meal there. This is a good place to take the family. It's very reasonably priced.
A Little Bit of TJ It's flashy, its showy, its fun and the food is not so bad. Usually crowed, it is not quite as good since it has changed ownership. The food is not as fresh and the service is not as good, but its still one of the better places in Chico. The seafood dishes used to be spectacular--and they are still using the same recipes, but be sure to ask how fresh the fish is before ordering.
Not the best mexican food, it was 6 pm on Sunday & there was only 7 or 8 people in the place. Service was horrible, only 2 waitresses & they couldn't keep up with 8 people. Won't be going back!
Very poor service. Won't ever go back again. Rude waitresses! Food was terrible and so was the drinks! Yet the waitresses didn't even ask how our food was and clearly saw we didn't barely touch our food!!
