Recommend this place because the food is awesome
I loved the food it was very good they didn’t put a lot of cheese on the beans my boyfriend had. Everything tasted fresh. I’d suggest coming here again for dinner .

other than the fact that Facebook stated I was drinking here the food was excellent because I did however eat a fabulous lunch with my parents and would recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes authentic churros

I grew up in placerville and going to tortilla flats every Friday night as a kid was something I looked forward too, well the new tortilla flats is awful there is no more complementary quesadilla and if u order one it is not the same at all, they have no more ground beef, they use paper straws that break down in ur soda, not sure what has happened here, but I will not be coming back.
